His experience spanned the temperature extremes from Alaska, Nevada, California, New Mexico, Indiana, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. Charlie has installed, set up, repaired, and serviced all types of equipment in places as varied as ocean going vessels and power plants. His expertise covers residential and commercial, retro fitting, and new construction.

In 1995, Charlie and his partner began Iceberg Air Conditioning and Heating. They employed 8 to 10 full time employees doing residential and light commercial projects. While the business was successful, Charlie wanted to expand into building automation and larger commercial projects but his partner did not. Tri-Force Mechanical Contractors, a mechanical contracting business with a focus on commercial projects was begun in July 2003 by Mr. Goessman.
